Kristine Shreves Named August’s Independent Provider DSP of the Month

Congratulations to Kristine Shreves LPN for being recognized by LCBDD/Deepwood as the Independent Provider DSP of the Month for August!

It was shared with us that Kristine puts the individuals she serves first. Her education and nursing background is beneficial in meeting the needs of the individuals she serves. She has great communication and is efficient with documentation and reporting. Kristine is thorough and goes the extra distance when needed. She is truly genuine about providing the best care possible. Kristine was nominated by a Service & Support Administrator (SSA) of an individual receiving services.
