Tanisha Carlgren Named Deepwood Idol 2022!

This year marked the 10th year that the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood has held Deepwood Idol as a community event that is open to anyone eligible for services through the LCBDD/Deepwood (over the age of 10 years) as a fun and friendly annual talent competition that was inspired by the American Idol TV show.

On August 20, 2022, contestants took the main stage at the City of Mentor amphitheater while hundreds of people watched during the annual Cityfest two-day event. Deepwood Idol is truly a product of our community working together to show support and celebrate individuals who have developmental disabilities. Tanisha Carlgren took home the trophy for winning Deepwood Idol 2022!
