Michelle and Mary Named August’s Day Service Provider DSP of the Month
Congratulations to Michelle Richter and Mary Padden for being recognized by LCBDD/Deepwood as the Day Service DSP of the Month for August!
Mary and Michelle work for the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood. They work so well together as a team that it would have been impossible to separate them into two nominations. It was shared with us that Mary and Michelle spend time setting up special community outings connecting individuals to their community, They are always out and about; going above and beyond their job duties to ensure the individuals have a meaningful day full of laughter and prized memories. Mary and Michelle were nominated by a director at the LCBDD.
