What is Self-Determination?
People are self-determined when they use their ability or power to make choices and decisions based on their own preferences and interests to self-direct their lives.

What is Project STIR? Project STIR is a training program for self-advocates designed to provide individuals with the tools to advocate for themselves, mobilize others in advocacy and gain leadership experiences.
