Meet the Provider Support Team

Jammelle Hodge and Lisa Sopko join Samantha Crookall to round out the Provider Support team at the County Board.

We’re excited to add two new Provider Resource Coordinators to our team. These new roles will focus on assisting providers in the areas of training, operations and culture in order to implement best practices, while continuing to provide high quality services and supports to individuals. Both ladies have a wide variety of experience and are looking forward to sharing their knowledge and experience with providers.
