Family Forum: Overview of HCBS Waivers and Wait List Assessment Process

Would you like to learn more about Waiver services and what to expect when enrolled onto a Waiver? Would you like to learn more about the different types of Waivers (Level I, SELF, and IO Waivers)? How do you even get a Waiver? Here’s an opportunity to talk with our Service and Support Administration (SSA) Department to uncover what you need to know now and as you plan for the future.

This is a hybrid meeting with an in-person presentation and an option for attendance online via Zoom.

If attending in person, arrive at 6:00 PM at the Lake County Board of DD/Deepwood – VGC (Building C) located at 8121 Deepwood Blvd in Mentor, Ohio.
