Sydne Bond is the Residential DSP for the Month for July!

Congratulations to Sydne Bond for being recognized by the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood as Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the Month for July 2023!  

Sydne works for Private Provider Advocating Aspirations. Sydne has taken on many additional responsibilities beyond her support to the daily needs of the individuals that she supports. For example, she created an agency newsletter and coordinates group outings and activities monthly for the individuals that receive “drop in” services. Her employer described her as a true asset and a pleasure to work with.
