Rebecca Crawley is the Residential DSP of the Month for August!  

Congratulations to Rebecca for being recognized by the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/Deepwood as the Residential Direct Support Professional (DSP) of the Month for August!

Rebecca works for Madison Village Manor.  She is a very dedicated and hardworking DSP who treats each individual with kindness and respect. Her employer reports that Rebecca comes to work each day putting her best foot forward to make sure that each person has the best possible day. For example, on a recent trip to an amusement park, Rebecca made sure that she supported all the individuals who wanted to ride the rides despite being afraid of heights herself.  She is always putting the needs of others first.  It was evident that she is well liked by her co-workers, as well as the individuals, by the party they held for her when she received her recognition, complete with flowers and a beautiful cake!  Thank you Rebecca for all you do!
