Kathy Foster is the Residential DSP of the Month for October!

Congratulations to Kathy Foster for being recognized by the Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities / Deepwood as the Residential Direct Support Professional of the Month for October 2023!  

Kathy works for Creative Solution to Independence. She is a very dedicated and hardworking DSP.  Kathy’s employer reported that she is the DSP that you call to come in at the last minute and she will show up, no questions asked, and support the individuals however needed.
