Please join us in the third session in our series of Family Forums for 2021. These events are intended to be informational, covering topics of interest to the individuals and families we serve.
The Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities/ Deepwood recognizes that the transition from high school to adulthood can be challenging for persons with disabilities. In order to better serve your student aged 14-22 years, we have developed Transition Services.
Join us on Wednesday, July 28, 2021 to discuss Transition Services & Employment Navigation.
