The Lake County Board is partnering with Service for Independent Living (SIL) for a youth empowerment group. Topics that may be covered include self advocacy, independence, effective communication, and community participation. Participants must be Lake County students ages 14-22 years who are eligible for LCBDD services.

Learn and share with other employers about inclusive hiring and employment practices and the value of employing individuals with disabilities. The Business Advisory Council and the Lake County Employment Network will collaborate regarding qualified job seekers and local employment opportunities.

Participate in the Community Art Celebration and showcase your talents! Entries must be dropped off at the LCBDD Building A, located at 8121 Deepwood Blvd in Mentor, Ohio. Deadline for entries is February 17, 2023.
