Essential Job Duties
Provides supervision and training at enclave work sites to ensure work standards are met to include:
- Training individuals to perform assigned work in accordance with their contract and IP.
- Monitoring quality of work to ensure it meets the site manager’s expectations.
- Maintaining daily communication with site manager to facilitate a good working relationship with employer.
- Training individuals to conduct themselves in accordance with business standards of conduct.
- Ensuring individual has transportation to and from work.
In conjunction with other CES staff members, designs accommodations for individuals at worksite, problem solves inconsistencies in enclave performance.
Required to be able to perform the work of the individuals in order to model and ensure correct performance/operation of the same equipment as the individual.
Requirements:
- Equipment used by individuals
- 14 Passenger Vehicle
- Possess or be eligible for Adult Services Certification from Lake County Board of DD
- Type “A” Class “D” Ohio Operator’s license or equivalent
Hours & Job Location:
As Needed 8 am – 4 pm, M– F. Location varies in Lake County, Ohio
