Our Agency is searching for a Nursing Habilitation Manager.

Essential Job Duties:
- Oversight of all day-to-day activities within Nursing Department.
- Responsible for scheduling coverage of nursing personnel.
- Responsible for completion of all habilitation-related duties including assisting the nursing staff in the development and implementation of the consumer’s medical nursing IP services.
- Responsible for writing and supervising/monitoring nurses in the delivery of self-medication and medical desentization programs.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of nursing restorative programs.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of Consumer medical/nursing IP’s in accordance with applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
- Collects all nursing/medical information needed to develop annual medical/nursing IP.
- Responsible to assure scheduling and completion of diagnostic tests, annual medical physical, annual dental exam, annual eye exam, annual audiology screening and any other required testing.
- Responsible for coordination and oversight of all medical clinics, and provides weekly clinic synopsis.
- Completes annual medical/nursing IP for residential consumers.
Requirements:
- LPN/RN license issued by the state of Ohio
- Experience with long term care and developmental disabilities experience preferred
